We are very proud to announce the arrival of our new Dulce de Leche Chocolate Collection. The Dulce de Leche Collection is our new line of naturally flavored chocolate caramels. The new product line evolved from our very popular Lavender Caramel with Hawaiian Sea Salt Chocolate. We wanted to offer a caramel collection with unique powerful flavors that can be enjoyed by chocolate lovers of all ages. The Dulce de Leche Collection contains no alcohol, artificial flavors or preservatives. Each chocolate is hand made in small batches using only the highest quality blended European chocolates, natural flavors, and premium herbs and spices.

We would like to extend a discount on our new candied orange
chocolate pecans to our internet customers for a limited time. This
recipe evolved from Grandma Betty's family orange candied pecan recipe
which Jennifer has enjoyed since she was a youth. We only added one
ingredient to the recipe... Chocolate! We searched high and low for the
best cocoa powder available to coat the candied pecans in. You have got
to try these candied pecans. But be warned if you don't put them away
you will likely eat them all before you know it.

Austin's Best Chocolate Truffles
We normally have 6-10 chocolate truffles in dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate. We also now have 72%, and 76% cacao extra dark chocolate truffles. We will be expanding our product line to include organic chocolate truffles over the next few months.
You can also purchase our seasonal chocolate truffles and other holiday chocolates at Flora and Fauna. Our Holiday Cranberry Chocolate Truffle is a great pairing with a Port or Sherry at your holiday party. Our Sweet Potato Cardamom truffle will also be a hit with a nice cold glass of eggnog.
